That’s quite vague. Would you mind posting in the support forum with your issues before issuing a rating like this. Our support times are pretty quick and we work hard to resolve issues quickly as well as to keep our ratings up.

As you can see by our other reviews we would be glad to help you resolve the issues you are experiencing as this leads to a better product for all of our users.

I had the same problem. After I installed the plugin, my page returns the error below:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function has_shortcode() in /Users/klein/Code_php/wp-content/plugins/easy-modal/inc/classes/gravityforms.php on line 10

WordPress 3.8.1 and last version of Easy Modal

Not getting defensive, but a) the OPs issue is unknown so to say you have the same issue is incorrect and you really should be posting your issue in the support forums not in reviews

    b) the issue you describe could only be the case if your version of WP is older than v3.6 as this is when that function was added. http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/has_shortcode

As it’s core function, if it doesn’t exist and you in fact do have wp3.8.1 then a reinstall of your WP system files may help you out as it sounds as if they were corrupted. Not only that but we added a workaround for it so if it doesn’t exist there is a fallback and shouldn’t matter either way.

If you could please start a new topic in the forums and post your details there I would be glad to help as it sounds like there is another underlying problem.

Thanks for your attention. I was wrong. Sorry.

Did you get it working? What did the problem end up being?

Yeah.. It’s working now. The version of WP was old. Thanks!
