    Did you set a static front page in Settings->reading?

    @josemiori
    You should have createt a new topic as your problem *is* different. That will be hard to follow 2 issues in the same topic now. Did you create any content in Spanish?

    I had this problem until I noticed I needed to link the translated page/post to the native language page/post and vice-versa. Once I did this, everything worked fine.

    To do this, please note that the post/page editor has a section called Languages. There is a field called Translations which shows the flag of all of the languages you have defined. Next to it is a ‘+’ sign and then a dropdown of all the pages on your site. Initially the dropdown shows a blank selection. I needed to select the corresponding language post/page from the dropdown and save your post/page.

    Hope this helps someone.

    ok. will create new post. thanks

    Yes, i set my static front page.
    But the main problem is when i go to second language main page, the polylang set the current language to cookie or somewhere. And when i try go to root(doraortopedi.com), the language code(/en) automaticly added by plugin and redirect to(doraortopedi.com/en). And no page shows which called “en”.
    it should go second language front page. I tried to change second language’s permalink as /en but still not work.

    Did you translate your static front page (and linked it to your original front page) as advised by johnm92008?
