On Page Content Search Bar

I am trying to create a search bar that allows the users to quickly search for content on the page. Example is I have a real estate website with 1,000 condo developments. They are organized by address, street, city and complex name

123 ave home yorkson
234 abe guest smithson
345 abr test Jensen
456 asd about Davidson

The consumer knows what they want to view but with 1,000 entries it is hard to find. I want to add a search box that as they type in the address, st, city or complex name it provides those links on the page.
