Display Links Differently

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it is possible to display links side by side. My example is: http://rohnik.com/links/ this is a site I am doing for someone, and they dont want the page to keep going down, they want two categories next to each other, then next line. Could someone assist me in this on here? Thanks for the help guys!
