Yes you can, simple-subscirbe/templates/email.latte.
Subject to change you’ll have to digg the Email lib in libs, SimpleSubscribe.

You mean if it isn’t possible for me to develop an admin for you? Maybe some fancy editor just so you can add your costum classes to e-mail? It is possible, if I had the time, which I don’t unfortunately.
About form classes, everytihng is here:

Each form should have an id as well, that should help.

No i didn’t mean like that. It was just a l’ll bit suggestion from myside. Cause i think your plugin have all the mandatory needed thing except this one.
You can take it as a nice suggestion for your future updated version. 🙂
