Edit home page

    I have this site http://vpnexpress.net/ with a custom blog roll on the home page done by someone else. I have tried several solutions posted here but still cannot see where and how I can edit the page. I just need to put in a Webmaster Tools link to verify ownership in the <head>.
    Any ideas?
