I will ask Tinypass developers if they can fix it. In the meantime, you can just ignore that error. It doesn’t affect anything. Tinypass works just fine.
Can I ask you Gourmetbooks – in regard to your other suggestion to make a big blue dashboard button: Where in the plugin do you think it makes the most sense to have that??

The invalid header does prevent the plugin from activating the first time you try to, which is annoying and demands another precious few seconds from my workflow. 🙂
As for where to put the Edit Settings Remotely button, at the top of either the General or Paywall settings pages would be great. Here’s how it looks in the Contextly plugin, which is also configured off-site: http://gyazo.com/37ea91da86e6b7b3a4f529224c4b55fd
