Lensa is a “non standard” outdated theme compatible up to WordPress 3.3 ~ 3.5 and is not supported on wordpress.org removed from themes repository …
Version 1.0.10 is old try version 1.1.4 here http://themes.svn.wordpress.org/lensa/
I am assisting my plugin for real problems, not related to themes that are not compatible with your WordPress installation 3.8.1.
I uploaded Lensa Theme in WordPress 3.5 with my plugin and everything works perfectly, no problem.

P.S. Remember that my plugin is not official compatible with WordPress 3.8+
