removing admin footer (not simply hiding it in css)

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to remove the admin footer altogether in a pluggable php way. I know that I could set the css style to display:none, but that’s not enough, I need to get rid of the admin footer altogether.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
