Need help with Organic 2.0 theme

I am using the Organic theme for a client’s site at http://www.riegelridgecc.org/

I am having a problem with the style sheet that I just don’t know how to fix.

In the sidebar each list item has a “>” in front of it, which I want to keep but it is not wrapping the titles properly when they are longer as you can see with the first item show under “Recent Additions”.

The css shows this for the sidebar a link

padding-left: 1em;
background: url(images/img08.gif) no-repeat left center;
color: #DB5600;

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this code to get the text links for the posts in the sidebar to line up properly when they wrap into two lines?

I’m sure this has got to be a simple fix, but its beyond me to even begin to figure it out.
