Facebook Likes via Social Sharing Toolkit not reflected in Facebook

    Ever since I installed and configured the Social Sharing Toolkit plugin, I was not sure whether when a user liked one of my posts on Facebook, whether that like was being captured by Facebook.

    I have just had the time to test this, and I can confirm there is a problem. Liked post are not being reflected in users’ Timelines.

    Hence although each blog post might have several likes, it seems that none of those likes are being posted into users’ Timelines so that it can be pulled into their news feeds.

    What might be the problem?

    How can this be resolved?
