A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt

    Configures Yoast with titles and descriptions per page. Launched site – made sure Discourage search engines from indexing this site is unchecked.

    Google indexing site but not displaying the correct site title and instead of description has “A description for this result is not available because of this site’s robots.txt”.

    Robots txt reads:

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-admin/
    Disallow: /wp-includes/

    Old site is 301 redirecting domain and pages and everything seems configured properly at my end.

    Please advise.
