• Now that I have this plug-in working, I have one more question:

Is there a way to have a GalleryLink slideshow within a Fancybox or Lightbox? I’m trying to create a gallery page that has a single thumbnail for each slideshow. When the thumbnail is clicked, the slideshow would open in the Lightbox. Any possibilities?

    Thanks,
    Matt

    Hi, Matt

If used in a set = ‘album’ the colorbox, which is built into GalleryLink, you can use the slideshow.
If you want to use in the set = ‘album’ The Lightbox, it depends on other plug-ins. Where I was confirmed, you can use the slideshow in WP jQuery Lightbox.

    Hello Katsushi,

    Thanks again for your help.

Yes. I have the albums using a colorbox to display the full size images. The problem is that I want only 1 thumbnail for the gallery. When the thumbnail is clicked, the colorbox would display and allow the viewer to cycle through all full size images.

Here’s a link to my old webpage I’m trying to recreate. Each thumbnail is a separate gallery of just a few images each. When you click on a thumbnail, you can cycle through all full size images for that gallery in a fancybox.

Is there any way to do this with GalleryLink?

    Hello, Matt

GalleryLink is a picture of one for one thumbnail. It is not possible to display multiple images to one thumbnail.
However, it is possible to display multiple gallery. You can write shortcode over multiple lines in page or in the post. However, it has to be “Hide” the optional attribute “* _show”.

    Hi Katsushi.
I’ll look into that and see if it can do what I’m after.

    Thanks for your help!
