Options in the Dropdowns

Hi,

1) I added some listings throught the “Add Listing” menu, but I noted that the new city, state, etc that I created are not showed within the dropdown of the search form as an option to filter the search. Anyway, the new listings are showed in the search listing.

What I have to do to show the options in the dropdows (search form) according to the listings I have created? For instance, if I created a listing as follows: street mary tompson, city New York, State NY. I want that in the city dropdown (search form) appear the option New York and in the State dropdown (search form) appear the option NY.

2) Other question: if I have only one listing whose city is New York and I delete this listing, I wanted that the “city” dropdown (from search form) does not show the New York option anymore. But I did some tests and this option still appear even when there is no listing whose city is New York.

Please, help me, I’m getting crazy with those doubts 🙂
