Yes it descripes how to set up with mutiple databases or just one database. But there is no solution to updating/upgrading wordpress/plugins/themes.
The weblogfarm script is outdated.
Lyceum hasn’t been updated for 6 months or more….

Well, updating is the same as with single installations but you have to do a couple more times.
I am pretty sure many people had (attempted) to do that before: http://wordpress.org/search/multiple+blog+one+install?forums=1
drupal multi-site is out of the box, how come wordpress isn’t like that ? I think I read every bit of multi-site for wordpress docs, solutions and they all suck 🙂 I find wordpress users seem to refer to multi-sites as blog.domain.com, ,that’s a subdomain, not a separate domain which is what a multi-site usually means.
Has anyone found an way way to do multiple domains under one wp install ? Surely WP is advanced enough by now to do this.
drupal multi-site is out of the box,
so is wordpress MU
but this is just wordpress – for single installs
