Plugin for Upload Center

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows of a plugin that allows visitors to upload files to a temp directory that is designated by the admin, allows the admin to authorize the upload and then moves it to a “public” folder which can be used for image galleries, video galleries in conjunction with other plugins…
