Setting up a Web Store

Hello.
I have access to a few affiliate programs such as Tradedoubler and Affiliate Window and both of which allow you to get feeds from some of the programs.

What I want to do is set up a store on my domain which fetches these feeds and doesn’t need to be updated manually.

My url is http://ghoststorm.co.uk and my host has various store cms via Softaculous but none seem to do what I would like. All those want me to add products manually. What I would like to do is more along the lines of what these guys do: http://frugalgaming.co.uk/shop
