How do I change what is shown in the Content Sidebar in regards to what’s on the blog feed and posts.

For example, on blog feed I would like the facebook like box but when someone views a post I would like it to show an ad/similar posts etc?

How can I do this?

You can use a widget logic plugin to control which widgets are displayed where.

Jetpack, which I see you’re already running, includes a widget visibility module you can try out:

I am only using the standard template and web based inteface. Can you use this plugin without jetpack. Im not a very sophisticated user.
