Better WordPress security not properly

Hello Everyone,
I am using wordpress security from the 1st time when I started my website. But now I am facing a proble. I am using wordpress multisite. I shift my server to another hosting provider. So, I shift my all instalation and database to the host now I am using. After that I noticed that plugin is installed, things in .htaccess files are there. But when I activate the plugin its not activate. But all the twickes I were made using it still working. like .htacces file, wp-config, theme and plugin editor off in backend panel. But login url is same as wp.

Means as plugin is not activate url for login are not working.

So, Now problem is that when I try to activate the plugin, its take time to activate but it is still deactivate. Problem with activate the plugin. I cahnge role of .htaccess and wp-config to 644 but nothing happened. All other plugins and things are working fine. But only problem with only better wordpress security plugin.

Please any help. I reinstal the plugin so many time. Direct from backend, manully using ftp. But results are zero..
