Conflict with Attachment plugin

Hello,

Thanks for providing such a convenient tools.
I am using WordPress 3.8 and some plugins.
I found Manual Image Crop is conflicting with attachment plugin

And the conflict seems making Manual Image Crop doesn’t work.
When I click the crop link, the windows did come up,
but here is no scissor line for moving and cropping the image.
And after I turn off the attachment plugin, it does work again.
Is there an clue for solving the problem?
