NextGen gallery lightbox not working in iPhone, etc.

Dear developers
for the past two weeks, I have been trying to figure out how to get the NGG lightbox to work in iPhone and Android devices. iPad and different computer browsers have no issue displaying it as it should be. Please help.

My theme is TwentyEleven; WP 3.8
