  • You mean you physically cannot select the other templates listed there? That’s certainly not by design if so.

    Can you try deactivating all other plugins in the first instance and see if that helps, and if it doesn’t additionally try a default theme and see if you can select its templates?

    It’s possible some sort of Javascript error is at work here.

    Thanks, I’ll try that… is there any kind of money back guarantee on the pro version? We’re happy to pay if we know it all works. 🙂

    I was able to change the template… had to use my Down key instead of the mouse. 🙂

    There’s no guarantee as such, but at our discretion we will generally do so providing there is a valid reason and its requested within a reasonable timeframe. We do also ask and expect that prospective customers acquaint themselves with the information provided on our product pages and within our new user primers before they purchase to minimize the potential for misunderstandings.
