WP 3.8 – no Add New Plugin?

    I keep seeing instructions for plugins that say “add to your plugins folder or use the built-in Add New feature in WordPress.”

    When I go to Plugins, it says I have no plugins and there is nowhere to be seen anything like “Add New”.

    NEVER MIND, it only appears in the main Admin part of Dashboard, not in individual site dashboards. Doh.
