This is Ridiculous

I have registered 2 domains and transfered them from godaddy to hostgator. Both are propogated according to DNS checkers and my site is visible from any computer.

Both themes and dashboards are broken and will not display images on the site or in the wp-admin dashboard. This happens every single time I buy a new domain and set the dns transfer. However, it usually goes away in an hour. The sites are 1 week old. I have re-installed wordpress via fantastico 4 times.

Why is this so difficult…and no I have no plugins no posts nothing. Fresh site fresh install
