Customize the Fields

    Hi,

    First, congratulations for the very very nice plugin.

    1) How can I customize the search fields? For instance, when I will add a listing, I would like to have a field “reference location” instead of “Neighborhood”. I need to customize all the advanced options.

    2) How can I modify the values within the dropdowns? For instance, I would like to change the “Listing Type” dropdown options.

    Hi,

    For number one, are you using MLS listings or are you creating your own listings? If its your own listings, then create them using your login on Placester.com. There you have access to custom fields on the 4th or 5th page of the listing creation. You can specify all the options you like.

    For number two, take a look at the shortcodes and shortcode templates. You can use those to define anything you like for Listing Type or any other fields.
