  • Are you sure they actually completed the order through paypal? Generally, if you didn’t receive the funds, the payment wasn’t made. If the payment wasn’t made, the status would still be pending.

    There could be some circumstances were paypal had delays in processing the payment, but that’s totally paypal. There’s nothing really in woocommerce that would affect that.

    If you receive the funds and it’s still pending, then there might be a callback problem between woocommerce and paypal, but usually, that part works pretty well.
