Update from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 breaks site

    Others have had this issue. They got it to work by deleting the MU plugin file and disabling selective plugin loading on the settings page before upgrading.

    Actually after it broke another site the only thing that’s working is completely deleting it and re-installing the new version.
