Works for some authors, not others

I installed this plugin before we updated to WP 3.8 and it works great for all authors except one. Here is an example: http://iteachu.uaf.edu/grow-skills/blogs/ — All authors go to the custom authors.php page except for Heidi. Clicking on Heidi returns a search result for her posts. She is definitely an author on many other pages though. There is nothing unusual about her account that should set her apart from the others.

Ideas?
