Permalink Issue

So, my site is going well and all. All pages are http://example.net/radio or what ever. However when I try to make a blog i get this:
https://example.net/~e3e57185/category/articles/

I do not know why /~e3e57185 is in there. When I go to the url address bar and remove it then enter, it takes me to my articles. I tried doing a link in the menu rather than category, but it still did not work.

How can I solve this?
