.hg directory causes full ignore of the plugin inside Mercurial project

This plugin contains a .hg directory which causes the plugin to get completely ignored in a Mercurial project.

This is highly frustrating and it took me a while to figure it out.

Please remove any reference to your version control in the next release of this plugin.
