Can't create or save a new redirect

    Hello,

    I have had this plugin installed for a while now and it previously worked. We had not changed anything on our site since it worked. No updates or anything but now it is no longer working.

    When I add a new redirect and hit “save changes” it then has the same URL in the bar http://www.ourdomain.com.au/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=geo_redirect however it now says the standard wordpress error, shown on the front end of the website “Page Not found”.

    I then saw that an update was available for this plugin so I made the update. Still the same error is happening.

    Therefore I turned on WP_DEBUG.

    Now I can see two errors when looking at this page http://www.ourdomain.com.au/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=geo_redirect

    I see…
    Notice: Undefined variable: html in /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geographical-redirect/geo-redirect-admin.php on line 43

    Notice: Undefined index: only_once in /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geographical-redirect/geo-redirect-admin.php on line 60

    Has anyone else experiences this? Is this plugin broken? Do I have to use a different Geo Redirect Plugin?
