    After experiencing three weeks worth of data loss due to insufficient backups on my part and my former host’s part, I wanted to double up on my backups. This plugin is PERFECT for having individual copies of every single post you publish. Simply install and activate the plugin, input the email address you’d like posts to be sent to, and they’ll be sent automatically – no further action is required on your part. 🙂

    Dear, you can try [plugin: backWPup] this plugin also provides same features as above plugin you described, but this one works much better.

    you can keep backup at specified location or in your mail too.
