Problems with saving my settings

    Whenever I change my settings and then click the save button at the bottom, it takes me to a blank screen that says “done” at the very bottom of my browser. When I go back to the settings area, no changes are saved.

    Can I edit my settings in notepad and then upload my changes to my site? If so, which file do I manipulate?

    I’m tryin to get the phrase “Just another WordPress weblog” out of the heading.

    Ok, I have a further development here. I received an error message. Here it is. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/httpd/vhosts/real-estate-investing-education.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php on line 13
    Does this help clarify my problem any?
