mqTranslate incompatibility with wp jump menu

Hi I looped this already around the wp jump menu developers.
Maybe you have an idea on your end.

mqtranslate and wp jump menu are my most favorite tools. It seems that the way mqtranslate stores the postnames breaks with the jump menu functionality.

the admin pages are garbled when using both together. all I can do to bring it back is to disable jump menu.

Any chance to have a look into this please? Maybe you have an idea.
