  • cForms II is a plugin that allows you to create complex forms and insert them in your pages or posts:

It’s perfect for what you want to accomplish.

seems great, but isnt there a way for me to put in the simple form i created instead of using a plugin? thanks

I don’t think so. But why don’t you go ahead and try it and see what happens. Seems to me that if that was easy enough to do, there wouldn’t be this plethora of plugins doing it instead. I mean there’d be no need for them, right?

In the past, I’ve used scripts such as PHPFormGen to insert forms into WordPress *Pages* – not posts, tho.

ok will give it a shot thanks alot 😀

I’ve done an image upload form using Exec-PHP. But it was just one PHP script in the page, so I’m not sure how it would work if you want to call a separate PHP file.
