attaching stylesheet with dynamic wordpress page template

I have just converted a static html site to word press, i created custom page templates for different pages i put the word press function ‘<?php get_the_content( $more_link_text, $stripteaser ) ?>’ to fetch the page content dynamically, but cant attach the style from the style.css file, anyone, please if you know help me out.
