What Plugin(s) Are Used?

    I had a coder do my wordpress site a couple years ago but I let the site go. Well I have some downtime and want to get my site back up and unning but for the life of me I can figure out how to get my homepage to look like this. Im in no way skilled at WP but Im thinking if I at least had the right plug ins then that would be a good start. Can someone help me out. Here you can see a screen shot of when the site was live.
