Using Woocommerce For User Registration, Need to add custom field

Hi,

I am using woocommerce registration form for all user registration for the site. (front end registration). Currently it defaults to creating user role status to customer. Because we have site contributors who may not be customers )or may), is there a way that they can select to role status contributor, or would like to also be a contributor if customer, if they choose? Also I need that information included in the WordPress generated email.

I guess I am asking how to add a custom field to the registration form to do this. Radio button.
