ie 11 vs chrome

    hi,

    I working on this site: biozphilly.org

    and I just placed some buttons in the right side widget. In chrome, the appear evenly spaced as intended but in ie11 on compatibility view there is a space between the first button and then the other 3 are grouped together.

    additionally, the FB icon in the top right of the nav bar appears normal in chrome but in ie 11 on compatibility view it looks all messed up.

    I would think that everyone would wan their browser set to compatibility view? am I wrong?

    am I overthinking this? ideas? help?
