wordpress contact form 7 save data and show in next page to submit

I am working on a charity website and they want one form in which anyone wants to become a member will fill that form with free membership option, and when user click on submit button it will direct to next page where he can see the values he filled in the previous page(form) and in this new page he can edit the values or submit the form finally.

And when the user finally submit the form, then admin should have the option to deny the user or accept it. And when it accept the user, the new user information should display on website page with all the search option where anyone can search the users on the website.
