   hi everyone!

   i have update the wp-polls to 2.3.0. after the update, i can't find the polls widget.

   can everyone help me? i need this widget for my blog.

   Lester's Usage instructions say:
   1. Activate WP-Polls Widget Plugin.
   2. Go to 'WP-Admin -> Design -> Widgets'.
   3. You can add the Polls Widget by clicking on the 'Add' link besides it.
   4. After adding, you can configure the Polls Widget by clicking on the 'Edit' link besides it.
   5. Click 'Save Changes'.
   6. Scroll down for instructions on how to create a Polls Archive.

   After upgrading using automatic upgrade wp-polls disappeared from my list of plug-ins.

   OK, so I was able to fix it by manually uploading it but now I have the same problem as the first poster which is, I cannot find my polls widget. It doesn't appear on my widget list so I cannot click the 'Add' link beside it.

   And, one more bug. It is displaying the latest poll in all my posts rather than the polls that have been selected. (Ah, I see this is not a bug. It is a new feature which means we have to go back and change all our posts with polls.)

   deadhippo: yeap, I have added in the use of WP2.5 ShortCode API to replace the older one. Your folder is now /wp-content/plugins/wp-polls/ right?

   Re-download the file, I just realized I forgotten to commit the widget file to the /tag/2.30/. Sorry about that.

   I re-installed it, but it's still not showing up under widgets? Is there a way to manually include it in posts and on the side bar?

    And you activated the WP-Polls Widget Plugin?

    Yes, I deactivated, removed it, and then reinstalled it and reactivated it, but it still does not appear in my widgets list.

    plutopsyche: Re-download it again and try. I forgot to commit the polls widget previously.

    Please help I've followed instructions and got my Poll plugin in activited and was able to creat the poll and save. When i refresh my page i can't see my poll at all. I tried both side bar neither one works at all please help!
