My site was obviously hacked before I upgraded to 2.5.1. Found a folder named 1 in wp-content. It contained 213 casino website references. I deleted this folder. Is there anything else I should do to make sure the site is clean?

look for funny code in footer/header/index files, plugins, db (wp-options), uploads...
