• No support provided for this plug in , authors don’t seem to bother to support the plug-in properly. Not much customization can be done with it. It doesn’t work (when press send, it shows internal error) and the authors are not helping regarding this issue. Sorry not a good plug-in.

    How do you know that? I cannot find any support topic that you posted in this plugin’s dedicated sub-forum.

    You might want to take a look at several of the postings and how the authors don’t bother answering them. Some topics have been unanswered for a month or more.

    I contributed by asking the same question the OP asked , so you might want to take a look instead of making assumptions esmi just to make the “authors” look good.

    I don’t think Esmi thinks that at all. The suggestion was that if you have a problem with this plugin you may want to raise a support topic of your own.

    That’s normally more productive than leaving a 1 star review without even trying to obtain your own support.

    Point taken, but unfortunately we are unable to answer all the questions asked in the support forum especially if most of the questions have been answered already in a different post. Most of the time if you Google your error you will see that there was a question and answer regarding that issue before even opening a new ticket.

    Anyways we are trying our best to remove any bugs in the plugin and make the user experience as pleasant as possible. I am sorry that you choose to leave a 1 star review.
