No custome images work

    Hi,

    Using the latest versions of WP and this plugin, I can’t get any custom images to work/appear.

    I’ve uploaded images via the relevant upload fields. On completion the upload field on the main form remains empty. This goes for all the image type(header, footer, etc).

    If instead I select an image from the media library, and click the use this button, the entry on the main form still remains empty.

    It seems to be some sort of bug.

    If possible can you give us temporary admin logins so we can take a look ourselves. This sounds like another plugin maybe causing the issue, but we want to be sure.

    I am having the exact same issue. I am running the newest WP install with Genesis framework. I installed this plugin on a different site and it works fine. Thinking maybe it doesn’t work with Genesis? Is there a solution?

    +1 on form fields for images remaining blank after selection, so no custom images get displayed. Am also using Genesis and newest WP install. I prefer the functions and interface of White Label CMS but may have to switch to AG Custom Admin if there is no fix soon. Keeping my fingers crossed for a solution.

    Hi,

    We think is is a javascript error based on where WLCMS runs in the script output.

    Can some please post up a image of the javascript error.

    Wish I could have been timely and helpful. It looks like the issue got fixed. I’m now running WLCMS with Genesis without any trouble, and not seeing any javascript error. Hooray! Thank you, VUM!!

    I have the same issue in not being able to choose an image. I upload the image, “Use this image”, but the field doesn’t populate with the file name.

    Running 3.9.1.

    My workaround solution is manually typing/pasting the url of the image you want to use in the field and then pressing save.
