Support » Fixing WordPress » Suddenly Sidebars Not Showing Up in Twenty Ten Child Theme

  • I am using a Twenty Ten child theme, made no recent changes at all, and suddenly this evening the sidebars are not showing up on any of my posts, but show up on pages. I checked the single.php file and it calls for the sidebar and footer. The footer shows up posts, but only after a lot of blank white space. Here is an example of one post: http://glutenfreerecipebox.com/gluten-free-spinach-herb-roulade/.

It’s after 1 am my time, going to bed now. I hope to receive help by the time I wake up, please! My blog is my livelihood! Yesterday I had over 10,000 pageviews.

    Thanks so much!

  • Try validating the site’s html and javascript. You have a lot of errors, which isn’t unusual but some may be critical and interfering with the layout. Unclosed or incorrectly formatted tags for instance can wreak havoc – like: <a <img src=”http://www.google.com……
