My post titles are already optimized. Do I still need to write them in the “Title” area of the All in One SEO Pack section under the post?

neworld,

No, if you’re happy with how your titles are being displayed in the title tag, you don’t need to write them again, All in One SEO Pack will use your post titles by default.
