    I manage several sites running NextGen. The “new and improved” version 2 broke all my galleries. I was a bit nervous switching to Nextcellent (NextGen Legacy) but the transition has been MUCH easier than I thought.

    If it’s done properly (read the documentation!) the transition can be done in minutes and the galleries never have to go offline.

    I also have a bunch of other plugins that add extra functionality to my galleries and those all continue to work just fine too.
