• I just upgraded one of my sites to WordPress 3.8 and for whatever reason, the admin color scheme options are not available under Users / Your Profile.

When I go to Users / Your Profile, the color scheme options are visible for a second and then disappear once the page fully loads. At the top of my profile page there are Proofreading settings which come from JetPack. I deactivated JetPack and the color schemes are still not available.

I’ve cleared my cache, used different browsers, switched themes but the colors are still unavailable. Not sure what could be causing this… So far this is the only site that is having this problem.

Jetpack is compatible with WordPress 3.8 and its color schemes. As you mentioned, deactivating Jetpack didn’t help so the problem most likely comes from another plugin, or from your theme.

Could you try to deactivate all other plugins, one at a time, in order to find out the problematic plugin?
