• Hi,
I wonder if we can somehow add the list of subscription lists to the user profile and don’t ask him again to write his/her e-mail.
User could just enter the profile page or dedicated web page to review the list of available newsletter lists and check his preferred.
    What would you say?
    Regards,
    Maciej

I am not sure I understood.

You want to decide the mailing list of every subscriber? I dont know why, but here is how to do it:

Create as many mailing lists as you want, all closed.

Leave only one mailing list opened for subscription, name it “dummy” or similar.

Regularly go to this list and move the users where you want.

    Kind regards,
    Carles.

    Thank’s Carles!
These days all we are overloaded with SPAM.
So, the idea is to let registered user what mailing he/she wants to keep getting. We do topic-oriented mailing lists: one for executives, another one for stress engineers, next for structural engineers etc.
All this effort is focused on avoiding SPAM.
The most efficient would be: 1.) to have list of all available mailing lists at customer profile 2.) let user select mailing lists he wants to subscribe in the widget or dedicated “My subscriptions” page/post.
    What do you think? 🙂

Solution provided above is nice and effective but requires administrative work, as users cannot sign in and review all lists they ar in.
