Different drop-down menu choices send to different email recipients

Hi – I would like to create a form where there is a drop down box listing certain counties. When some counties are selected the email will be sent to one email address and when other counties are selected the email will be sent to a different email address. Could anyone tell if this is possible with Contact Form 7 and how I could achieve it?
